Founded in 1998 in USA, Premium Cocoa LLC. began as a small trading house supplying select chocolatiers with reliably graded cocoa beans. Early on we moved to direct partnerships in West Africa, introduced cupping protocols and clear specifications, and built a compact quality lab to monitor moisture, defect counts, and flavor profiles. Through the 2010s we expanded into fine-flavor origins in Latin America, formalized sustainability standards, and rolled out lot-level traceability from farm cluster to shipment. Today we serve craft and industrial clients across Europe with premium, consistently roasted-ready beans—backed by transparent sourcing, responsible practices, and long-term relationships that have guided us since 1998.
